He discovered that there was talk <br />about frontage on dedicated right of ways that somehow did not get in to the codification. Mr. <br />Marrelli brought it forward and it went through the Ordinance Review Committee. It was decided <br />that there should be at least a minimum of 60 feet for driveway access, utilities and landscaping so <br />that we are not faced with this again in the future. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2006-06, "An emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />acceptance of the proposal from CT Consultants for design and construction administration of a <br />lighting plan for SOM Center Road." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />. Council will not be voting on anything else when they come out. The <br />audience is free to leave or welcome to stay.
