Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Maxch 20, 2006 <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />Mr. Saponaro indicated that this would be for April through October at the softball fields. They <br />will also be at the playground for a short period of time until the pool opens, whereupon the <br />permanent restrooms in the pool area can be used. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if there was any further discussion. There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $2,500.00 to the Mayfield Village <br />Township Historical Society for annual donation for the Bennett Van Curen <br />Historical Museum. <br /> <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$2,500.00 to the Mayfield Township Historical Society for annual donation for the Bennett Van <br />Curren Historical Museum. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if there was any further discussion. There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br /> <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2006-07, entitled "An emergency ordinance authorizing an <br />agreement with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield as and for the renewal of employee health <br />care and hospitalization benefits, including life insurance and AD&D benefits." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2006-07. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mr. Buckholtz asked if this was a <br />straight through renewal. Mr. Saponaro indicated it was a renewal with an increase of only a little <br />over 10% which in today's market is a great result. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted
