Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />May 22, 2006 <br />Page 6 <br />Historical Societv - There was no report. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - There was no report. <br />M.A.R.C. - Dr. Parker reported that a meeting was held on May l lth. They reviewed vaxious <br />programs. There will not be a meeting in June. The next meeting is July 6t' at the pool at 7:00 <br />p.m. You should be receiving Minutes soon. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt reported that there was no meeting, therefore , <br />no report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt reported that Planning and Zoning met on May gtn <br />There were three items on the agenda. One was for an alteration to the driveway plan for <br />Progressive Claims Service Center for a one-way in one-way out driveway. The second item <br />was expansion of the non-conforming use for Dr. Eadie at 865 S.O.M.Center Road. The third <br />item was a revision to Codified Ordinance 1149.02 which provides for a guideline worksheet for <br />conditional use and special use permits. All three items were recommended for approval at <br />Council. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported that the Recreation Board had planned to meet on <br />Wednesday, May 17th to get a tour of the softball complex but it rained and so it was pushed <br />back to Wednesday, June 7th. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />2020 Yision Committee - Mr. Buckholtz indicated that there was no meeting, so there was no <br />report. <br />Information & Technoloav - Mr. Buckholtz reported that there was no meeting, so there was <br />no report. There were a few issues at the pool which were satisfactorily handled. <br />Waize Review Committee - Mr. Saponaro reported that they continue to negotiate with the <br />various groups in the Village. On the agenda tonight is the police contract which was ratified. <br />oL <br />`D BiJSINKSS ` <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />
