Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $2,914.00 to Adrian/Blissfield Rail Road for train trip on 7/12/06. Mr. Saponaro added that this is also a pass-through. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $4,086.70 to Wallis Architects for Invoice No. 0836 for services rendered with regard to Park Building. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $4,086.70 to Wallis Architects for Invoice No. 0836 for services rendered with regard to Park Building. Mr. Saponaro stated that this is part of the $10,000.00 that was approved. We are at roughly around $7,000.00.
