Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />August 28, 2006 <br />Page 26 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2006-38, "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Ordinance No. 2006-10 establishing the Parkview swimming pool employees salary for <br />the remainder of the 2006 season." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2006-38. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if this has to do with extending the pool hours. Mr. Brett <br />indicated it was, to offer the incentive. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any other discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-13, "An emergency resolution declaring the <br />necessity for providing for the payment of street lighting and the improvement or <br />installation of additional lighting by special assessment of all parcels benefited." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills asked if this Resolution has to be suspended. Mr. Diemert indicated that it does. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Suspension approved <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2006-13. <br />
