Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />August 28, 2006 <br />Page 28 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2006-36, "An ordinance amending Chapter 153 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio pertaining to employment provisions, <br />repealing such other ordinances as are inconsistent herewith and declaring an <br />emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2006-36. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2006-37, "An emergency ordinance pertaining to the <br />wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for employees of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the calendar years 2006-2010, repealing all ordinances <br />inconsistent therewith." Mr. Metzung <br />reported that will be starting the South wall as soon as the Worton Park project is completed <br />which is any day now. <br />Mrs. Mills thanked Mr. Brett for all of the work he did on the wage ordinance. Well <br />done. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked about the status of the snow plow bids. Mrs. Betsa reported that the <br />bids do not need to be voted on as yet. There were four or five bids submitted.
