There were no comments. <br />Mrs: Mills asked if there is an option for a continuance on this. Mr. Brett stated that we go month <br />to month after a year. Mr. Marquardt asked what we will be doing with the property. Mayor <br />Rinker stated that it is right next to the Thornapple pump station. There is an easement over the <br />property. When and if we find out what is going to be the fate of the Thornapple pump station we <br />will have a better idea what to do. Their driveway was the easement. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-20, "A resolution in support of the City of Cleveland's <br />resolution in support of Issue #18 to raise a projected $20-25 million to be used by Cuyahoga <br />County for arts and cultural grants exclusively." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2006-20. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions or discussion. He hopes everyone <br />gets out to' vote. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Motion to adjourn into Executive Session for personnel matters. <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adjourn into Executive Session for <br />personnel. matters. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS : None <br />Motion Carried <br />Adjournment Authorized <br />Council President Buckholtz advised everyone that there are a couple of items left on the agenda <br />so the meeting will continue on Council's return. <br />Council adjourned for Executive Session at approximately 9:45 p.m. <br />Council readjourned at 10:00 p.m. <br />
