Regular Council Minutes 10/23/06 Page 18 First Reading of Ordinance No. 2006-45, "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 6492 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2006-45. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 2006-46, "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Lease Agreement with Ruth L. Vitek, a.k.a. Ruth T. Vitek and James A. Vitek, Trustees of the Ruth L. Vitek, a.k.a. Ruth T. Vitek Trust for the purpose of leasing the real estate located at 6492 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2006-46. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mr. Saponaro asked for clarification as to whether or not the expenses such as cable t.v. are covered. Mrs. Mills asked Ruth Vitek if she has cable t.v. at her house. Mr. Vitek indicated they did. The Agreement will be amended if it is not included. Mrs. Mills pointed out that it is on page 1. Mr. Diemert noted that the expenses are listed, but he will make sure that it says "any and all". ~~ 1
