Regular Council Minutes 10/23/06 Page 17 Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. f ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2006-44. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Council President Buckholtz explained that this Ordinance changes the number of Council representatives on the Beautification Committee to one as all of our other Committees are. That was the only change. Mrs. Cinco asked if this Committee was going to have a budget somewhere down the line. Mrs. Cinco knows it is difficult at this time because they don't have any projects planned out. Mr. Saponaro indicated that the Committee is not just asking for money for the sake of. The next step is to look at a project we want to tackle, see what it would actually cost and then come back to Council and advise what we would like to do and take it from there. That is where we are at. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Adjournment Authorized Council President Buckholtz advised everyone that there are a couple of items left on the agenda so the meeting will continue on Council's return. Council adjourned for Executive Session at approximately 9:05 p.m. Council readjourned at approximately 9:15 p.m.
