Regular Council Minutes <br />11 /20/06 <br />Page 2 <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-24, "A resolution of appreciation to Cheryl Garinger and <br />the Mass Inoculation Point of Dispensing ("MIPOD"). Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mayor Rinker read the Resolution in its entirety. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated that it was a wonderful feat and demonstration. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2006-24. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />Cheryl Garinger was present to accept the Resolution. <br />Mayor Rinker added that over 700 people volunteered. In the event of an emergency, we would <br />be looking at about 30-40,000 people that we may have to take care of. This definitely was some <br />movement. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-25, "A resolution of commendation to Walsh Jesuit <br />High School." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mayor Rinker read the Resolution in its entirety, congratulating the High School and Kelly <br />Thomas, daughter of Bill Thomas, for their championship soccer season. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2006-25. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Kelly Thomas accepted the Resolution on behalf of Walsh Jesuit High School. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-26, "A resolution of appreciation to Robert F.
