That should be on the agenda for this time, so <br />if you have seven projects, that should be number eight. <br />Safety and Service -Mrs. Cinco reported that Safety and Service met on Monday, December <br />4t . Mrs. Cinco was not present, but she can read the Minutes as written. The police department <br />discussed the new police facility and there were drawings. The purchase of four new police cars <br />was discussed. Vendors for security and fire alarms were discussed. W&B Consulting is on the <br />agenda tonight. Most of the items, with the exception of the security system, is on the agenda <br />this evening. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Saponaro reported that all of the items are on the agenda tonight. The <br />Committee reviewed 11 items that were recommended for approval by the Finance Committee in <br />addition to a few Ordinances. One Ordinance is up for fixrther discussion. Mr. Buckholtz asked <br />which item was up for discussion. Mr. Saponaro indicated number 14, Ordinance No. 2006-53 <br />needs clarification as to the Lease itself. <br />Historical Society -Mrs. Mills stated that Mr. Plastine dropped off a letter talking about our ice <br />cream social, the quilt show, the turkey raffle and our Christmas potluck which the South Euclid <br />Historical Society attended. It was very nice. He does say that we sincerely appreciate the <br />patronage and interest shown to us in all of our helpful ways that the Mayor and Council and <br />staff extend to us. The letter will be attached to the Minutes. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils -There was no report. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr. Thomas reported that on December 7th, the M.A.R.C. Board met at the Board <br />of Education. Discussed was floor hockey and flag football for fourth and fifth graders. Flyers <br />are going out to all schools regarding wintertime classes. Hotshot competition will be field in <br />February. The MBA will be going to the Cavalier's game on Sunday, March 11th. Our girls <br />MBA program finishes tonight at the high school before the holidays. There will be a nominating <br />committee presenting a new slate of officers for the next meeting on February 8th <br />Ordinance Review Committee - There was no meeting, so there is no report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt stated that there was no meeting. A workshop is <br />scheduled for Thursday.. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported that the Recreation Board does not have a regular <br />December meeting. Mr. Marrie commented that the annual Christmas party for the children was <br />a big success. About 100 children, parents and grandparents were in attendance. Special thanks <br />to Santa's elves for the help, Danielle, and Mary Beth's son, Tommy who helped with the <br />pictures with Santa and the elves. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />2020 Vision Committee - Mayor Rinker indicated that he has advised a number of people that <br />what we plan to do hopefully in January is to convene 2020 and get them back on track working <br />
