Regular Council Meeting 2-25-07 Pag;e 15 N]EW BUSINESS Motion to amend the agenda Mr. Buckholtz asked why this was on the agenda. Mrs: Betsa explained that the original agenda sent referenced the purchase of one full size pick-up truck. The request is actually for two. It is the first agenda item. Mr. Buckholtz asked if we need to do this since we are just approving the quantity. Ms. Calta asked if the record has reflected that the request is for two and not one. The item will be voted on as amended. There is no need to amend the agenda. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $39,053.98, to Mike Bass Ford for the purchase of two full size Model F-250 Ford Pickups at $19,526.99 each. Mr. Buckholtz noted that the request is for two pick-ups as opposed to the original agenda that was sent out indicating one. Dj' -. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $39,053.98, to Mike Bass Ford for the purchase of two full size Model F-250 Ford Pickups at $19,526.99 each. Mr. Buckholtz asked if there were any comments, suggesting that an explanation could be provided as to why we have two now instead of one. Mr. Metzung explained that the intent was always for two. At Caucus, two were discussed, there was just miscommunication. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $24,907.00 to Mike Bass Ford for the purchase of a full size Ford Cab and Chassis, Model F-350 RC. Mrs. Mills noted that it should be an "F-450". Mr. Buckholtz asked that the record note this. Nirs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $24,907.00 to Mike Bass Ford for the purchase of a full size Ford Cab and Chassis, Model F-450 RC.
