Regular Council Meeting 2-26-07 Page 5 . Motion to amend the agenda Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to amend the agenda. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Agenda Amended Motion to provide the Beautification Committee with a budget not to exceed $7,500.00 to Middleridge Nursery for the Mayfield Village corridor planting program. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marie, made a motion to provide the Beautification Committee with a budget not to exceed $7,500.00 to Middleridge Nursery for the Mayfield Village corridor planting program. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Dr. Parker asked how much the benches were. Joanne O'Brien indicated $275.00 or $300.00 rock based. Joanne has pictures and also has them in her yard. We can get a better deal if we order in quantity. We would like to have them ready for Cruise Night. You need to start making them now. They can be done kidney shaped. Mr. Buckholtz suggested that we defer this to Caucus for discussion. Mrs. Mills asked if it has been decided where the Corrunittee would like to see them. Joanne OyBrien replied that there are loads of places we can use them. The center of town could use a couple of benches here and there. We can put them in a lot of spots. Mayor Rinker suggested the observation area for the falls. Mr. Saponaro indicated that this will go on the agenda for discussion at Monday's Beautification Committee meeting. Mrs. Mills stated that by Caucus you would have an idea of where the Committee would like to see them. You can get the information to Mary Beth for discussion at Caucus on March 12''. Mr. Buckholtz thanked Joanne O'Brien for her presentation. Mrs. Mills thanked Joanne for her work. Mr. Buckholtz suggested the word be spread, this is what happens when you do your homework and then you come to Council meetings.. You get things done.
