Regular Council Meeting <br />4-3 0-07 <br />Page 10 <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $6,160.00 to Anchor Construction <br />Company for on-deck enclosed fence at Parkview Softball Complex. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$6,160.00 to Anchor Construction Company for on-deck enclosed fence at Parkview Softball <br />Complex. <br />Mr. Saponaro clarified that this is for 6 on-deck enclosed fences. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize advertisement for the sale of vehicles. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize advertisement for the sale of <br />vehicles. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Detective Smith reported that the vehicles for sale are four Ford Crown Vics. Mr. Buckholtz <br />asked if they are cruisers. Detective Smith stated that they are old cruisers. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00 to City <br />Architecture for services rendered in the next phase of the Mayfield Village Master <br />Plan as part of the 2020 Vision. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize expenditure in an amount <br />not to exceed $8,000.00 to City Architecture for services rendered in the next phase of the <br />Mayfield Village Master Plan as part of the 2020 Vision. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if this is what the 2020 Implementation Committee discussed <br />in moving to the next step. Mr. Saponaro confirmed, stating that this is the direct result of the <br />committee's discussions. This is their recommendation. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized <br /> <br /> <br />
