Regular Council Meeting <br />5-21-07 <br />Page 10 <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the ainount of $5,629.05 to the City of Cleveland <br />Division of Water for a Fire Hydrant Permit to water the soccer fields. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$5,629.05 to the City of Cleveland Division of Water for a Fire Hydrant Permit to water the <br />soccer fields. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions. <br />Dr. Parker asked why this is such a high amount. Mr. Marrie stated that the City doubled the <br />cost. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Readine of Ordinance No. 2007-07, entitled, "An ordinance amending the Charter to <br />include eligibility for participation in the current Village healthcare benefits program as part of <br />the compensation paid to members of Council and to submit the question to the voters for <br />approval in accordance with Village Charter Article III, Section 6(a)." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated that this Ordinance will be left on First Read. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2007-11, entitled "A resolution in appreciation of Fran <br />Migliorino." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2007-11. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated that as Phil indicated, this is someone that we have <br />worked with quite a bit in the past. Mr. Brett added that she is now retiring. Mrs. Cinco <br />asked when her dinner is. Mr. Brett advised June 7th. Mr. Marrie agreed that Fran <br />Migliorino has always been very helpful.
