SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: 2020 Vision Committee - There has been no meeting. Mayor Rinker stated that we have been waiting on City Architecture to come back with some input following the return engagement we had in the Spring with 2020. There have been a couple of delays at that end, but we hope to have something scheduled during the month of July. Information & Technolou - There was no meeting, so there is no report. Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported that a meeting was going to take place in June but one of the members cannot attend, so it will take place in July. OLD BUSIN?SS; OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under "Old Business" only. There were no comments.
