Council President Buckholtz called <br />the meeting to order. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marrie, Dr. Parker and Mr. Saponaxo <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Diemert, Mr. Cappello, <br />Chief Dearden, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, Mr. Thomas, <br />Lieutenant Girbino, Mr. DiNardo, Mrs. Kalina and Mrs. Betsa <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />bPEN PORTION , . <br />5-minute limit imposed by Chair.
