Minutes of the Council Meeting <br />November 26, 2007 <br />Page 8 <br />Pilot Program." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. First Reading: October <br />22, 2007. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if we would like to approve this tonight, or is there further discussion. <br />Mr. Marquaxdt stated that the information provided on November 8th did not include the two <br />attachments to the Grant Agreement that defined the statement of work and the financial plan. He <br />is not ready to vote on this. <br />Mr. Buckholtz advised that it will be left on for third reading. Mr. Buckholtz asked that the <br />documents be distributed to Council for consideration at the next meeting. <br />Mayor Rinker asked Council collectively to be prepared to vote in December. Our timetable is <br />such that we want to be able to have this business plan submitted. If there are any additional <br />documents that are needed, try to bring it to our attention beforehand to ensure we are not <br />overlooking anything. Quite a bit of information has been provided, but we want to make sure you <br />have it all. <br />Mr. Marrie added that we are only voting on Phase I. <br />NEWBiTSIle1ESS , <br />For. the benefit of the students, Mr. Marrie mentioned that there are a lot of items which will be <br />passed tonight. If you have an agenda in front of you, you will see that there is a fair amount of <br />money involved. There is a lot of money being transferred from one account to another. This was <br />not done five minutes ago. This was from many committee meetings in different departments. <br />This is the finalization of a lot of work of committees and department heads. <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $4,613.00 to Creative <br />Microsystems, Inc. (CMI) for computer maintenance for 2008. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$4,613.00 to Creative Microsystems, Inc. (CMI) for computer maintenance for 2008. <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz explained that this is an annual expenditure. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized
