Minutes of the Council Meeting <br />November 26, 2007 ' <br />Page 7 <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt reported that Ordinance Review met on <br />November 13t and discussed four stormwater management ?roposals and an oil and gas well <br />ordinance. The next meeting is scheduled for December 3` to go over at least one of those <br />stormwater management ordinances and the oil and gas well ordinance. <br />Planniniz and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt reported that Planning and Zoning met on November <br />15t and discussed some current and future projects, Progressive Campus III, the police station, <br />the county library, Heinen's expansion and the Beta redevelopment. A special meeting on the <br />Heinen's expansion is scheduled for Thursday. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported that there was a meeting on November 14th. They <br />evaluated the children's Halloween party. There were approximately 55 children in attendance. <br />48 children participated in the Halloween painting of 30 windows. The Wildcat Teen event for <br />the 6-8 graders up at the middle school was extremely successful. They had 440 people in <br />attendance. A similar one will be held for the 8-12 graders on December 14th at the high school. <br />It will include more things than the middle school had, such as 4 bands. As Dr. Parker reported, <br />there are 270 children involved in the MBA basketball, so it is filled. We are going to increase <br />the private pool rentals by an additional $40.00. This was discussed at an earlier meeting. The <br />annual Santa ride through the Village and children's Christmas party is scheduled for December <br />8th As usual, we could use volunteers if you are available. The Wiley Park playground was <br />discussed at this meeting and will be brought to the proper committees in time for next year, if <br />approved. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />2020 Vision Committee - There was no report. <br />Information & Technologv - There was no report. <br />Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported that the Commission met on November 7th. At that <br />time they sorted through about 6-8 boxes of old pictures. It was a nice experience. Some photos <br />were listed on the application for disposal which is being prepared for submission to the Ohio <br />Historical Society. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2007-24, entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into the Anchor Agreement for Phase 1 of the Cuyahoga Innovation Zones Pilot
