MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL Mayfield Village Civic Hall Monday, July 18, 2016 - 8:00 p.m. The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Council President Saponaro called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Jerome, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker (8:15 p.m.), Mr. Saponaro and Mr. Williams Also Present: Mayor Bodnar, Mr. Wynne, Mr. Guidetti, Chief Edelman, Chief Carcioppolo, Mr. Metzung, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Thomas, Ms. Wolgamuth, and Mrs. Garbo Absent: None The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. OPEleT PORTION ~~ '~ : " -For Public Comment (3-minute limit imposed by Chair). Gordon Nichols 6460 North Aintree Drive I want to congratulate the new Mayor and some of the new Council people. I have not been to a meeting in about 8 years. I sent a letter to the Council in 2008 because I was thinking too long and they said to put it in writing. I never received a response. I saw Diane and we arranged a meeting with the Mayor and the Mayor came out to our location and we had some action taking place. The trees were cut back so it was safe for drivers and people that come on up to that street. The construction was cleaned up. But there's a couple questions I want to ask. Why was a sewer put in, Doug? Council President Saponaro stated, you can ask any of the questions and what we will do is because you are asking particular things that you want answers to you can certainly put it on the record and then it will be addressed with you individually after the meeting at a different time. Mr. Nichols stated, maybe I will just arrange a meeting with the Mayor, Service Director and Diane. How is that? We tried to do that, didn't we? We were going to arrange that. Ms. Wolgamuth replied, no, we didn't talk about it. Mr. Nichols stated, I thought I told you you can arrange a meeting with the three of us. You must have forgot. Mayor Bodnar asked, you mean a second meeting? First of all, welcome back. You are looking for a meeting with Doug also?
