Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, July 18, 2016 - Page 2 Mr. Nichols stated, yes, you say I have to talk after the meeting with the Service Director. I would like to talk with the four of us and get some stuff, why stuff was done and we can set it up instead of taking the time up on Council floor. Is that advisable? Mayor Bodnar stated, yes, that's fine. Council President Saponaro stated, exactly. Mr. Nichols asked, then we can arrange that? Thank you. Council President Saponaro thanked Mr. Nichols. Is there anyone else? There were no further comments. Resolution No. 2016-16, entitled, "A Resolution Thanking and Congratulating Mayfield Village Firefighter John D. Lisy for over thirty-two years of dedication and service on behalf of Mayfield Village." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. 1 Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2016-16. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted 1 Motion to approve a gift to Firefighter John Lisy of his Fire Helmet in recognition of over 32 years of service to the Mayfield Village Fire Department. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to approve a gift to Firefighter John Lisy of his Fire Helmet in recognition of over 32 years of service to the Mayfield Village Fire Department. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Mr. Jerome read the Resolution in honor of his future father-in-law who is retiring. Council President Saponaro asked Mr. Lisy to come forward. Chief Carcioppolo presented Mr. Lisy's helmet and a plaque commemorating his service to Mr. Lisy. There is one at home and one in the station to establish the history of the department. Council President Saponaro congratulated Mr. Lisy. We will take a break for refreshments in your honor. Council took a break at 8:10 p.m. Council reconvened at 8:20 p.m.
