Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, October 17, 2016 <br />Page 3 <br />Mrs. Eisenberg asked, so they are parking there because it's close to a door? <br />Chief Edelman replied, for whatever reason they park on the street. We wanted to have that <br />parking available for the people that play on the soccer fields. <br />Mrs. Eisenberg asked, and there's a $5 fine if they overstay their welcome? <br />Chief Edelman replied, yes. This was vetted through the Law Department. This is what we have <br />been doing for the past two years. <br />Mrs. Eisenberg stated, you need to look at that again because employees at Progressive do not like <br />us. <br />Chief Edelman stated, this was done so that the people that. use the Village resources, the soccer <br />fields, can have a place to park there. There's ample parking for Progressive employees on their <br />property. <br />Mrs. Eisenberg stated, but this says during the week. <br />Chief Edelman stated, during the summer time, there is soccer there during the day. <br />Mrs. Eisenberg stated, I think we should come up with a better solution. <br />Chief Edelman stated, I am open to suggestions. <br />Chairman Saponaro asked, anyone else? <br />There were no further comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting -September 19, 2016 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to approve the minutes as written. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR BODNAR <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, I will try to be brief.
