They will <br />not pay for that. Other than that, they are pretty open. <br />T)raunage and Infrastructure Committee - Nir. Jerome - We have not called a meeting in some <br />time, but I am working with a resident who previously applied for some help on his property. I <br />am working with our Engineer and the Sewer District. They are reviewing the gentleman's yard <br />in the Worton Park neighborhood. They are going to look into it further to see what more they can <br />do with some erosion issues. <br />finance Committee - IVir. Saponaro - We met this evening. All of the items are on this agenda. <br />We had discussions on each of them. All were recommended for approval and were moved over <br />to this agenda this evening. <br />Safety and Service - Mr.1VIarrie - We met on the 7U'. The main discussion was the lighting of <br />the two tunnels on SOM. It was approved, passed onto Finance and it is on the agenda this evening <br />for a vote. <br />O1rD°BUSINESS .; <br />• Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2016-20, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance Revising <br />the Zoning Map of Mayfield Village so as to rezone 2.084 acres of land located on the west <br />side of S.O.M. Center Road and North of Wilson Mills Road and known as Permanent <br />Parcel Number 831-15-003 from its current classification of U-1 Residential District to <br />Office-Laboratory District; and to submit the same to a vote of the Electors." Introduced <br />by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - 8/15/16; Second Reading - <br />9/19/16; Third Reading - 10/17/16) (Building Department) <br />Ordinance No. 2016-20 remained on Third Read. <br />'T'hird Reading of Ordinance No. 2016-23, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Partnership Agreement among the <br />communities of the Euclid Creek Watershed Council in accordance with the Memorandum <br />of Understanding between the Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District and the <br />Euclid Creek Watershed Council."
