Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, November 21, 2016 <br />Page 6 <br />Council President Saponaro stated, I told them I thought you had the capacity to reach up to the <br />fence. . <br />Mr. Metzung replied, correct. We have rakers that rake. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, they were worried they had to rake to the street. I told them <br />they did not have to do that. <br />Mr. Metzung replied, they will take a flier with them. If it's beyond normal, they will let them <br />know that they have to bring them closer or if they have twigs. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, thank you. <br />Committee Re~orts• <br />Activities Committee -Mrs. Mills -The Tree Lighting will be December 4a' at 7:00 p.m. at the <br />Gazebo. Singing Angels will have their concert on December l0a' at 7:00 p.m. in Reserve Hall. <br />On December 14t'', the Historical and Garden Club are having their annual luncheon here at <br />12:30. On December 23rd, we will be celebrating the Winter Solstice at The Grove from 7:009:00. <br />They will have hot chocolate and marshmallows. You can walk in the Wetlands if you so desire. <br />The Menorah Lighting will be Monday, December 26a' from 7:00-8:00 at the Gazebo and in the <br />Community Room. The next meeting will be in February. <br />Citizen's Advisory Committee - Ms. Wolgamuth reported, Citizen's Advisory met on October <br />24a'. We had a representative from the Heritage Home group. They gave a presentation. Everyone <br />had many questions, I am sure everyone saw it in the Minutes. Part of the conversation led to gun <br />control in the State of Ohio and us allowing guns on our soccer fields and other recreational areas. <br />At the next meeting which is next Monday, Prosecutor Cicero is going to come and speak to the <br />group about gun laws in Ohio. That meeting will be at the Community Room at 7:00 p.m. on the <br />28a'. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, in terms of the Heritage Home program, there was a question <br />about whether it is any part of your property. If they need driveway replacement or foundation <br />work? <br />Ms. Wolgamuth replied, they do have certain parameters. I know you can't do anything in your <br />yard. It has to be the house. I would think the driveway probably does not qualify but foundation <br />work probably would. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, okay. Very good. <br />
