Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, January 22, 2013 <br />Page 5 <br />POLICE - Chief Edelman <br />There was nothing to report. <br />PARKS & RECREATION - Bill Thomas <br />Mr. Thomas reported that The Grove is being used. It is a great sledding hill. The feedback we <br />are getting from our residents, actually I run by that hill when I come out of Progressive Fitness <br />Center, and a couple of residents stopped me on my way while they were sledding and they were <br />just very excited about a beautiful hill in Mayfield Village to sled. Our department is in the <br />process of working on our Spring/Summer brochure and it's almost complete. We will have that <br />out in the mail sometime in the first week of March. <br />ARCHITECT - Ron Dinardo <br />There was no report. <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT - Ted Esborn <br />T'here was no report. <br />ADMIlVISTRATION - Diane Wolgamuth <br />T'here was no report. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Activities Committee - Mrs. Mills reported that the Activities Committee will be meeting <br />Tuesday, January 29 . <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli reported, Architectural Review Board met on the <br />10 . We had one sign proposal which was tabled and will be reviewed again this Thursday. <br />Board of Anpeals - Mr. Marrelli stated, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Mills stated, Mrs. Betsa has invoiced the communities for their annual <br />donation for the maintenance of the Cemetery. <br />Citizen's Advisorv Board - Mr. Marrie reported, Citizen's Advisory Board will meet here next <br />Monday, January 28 . They will have a speaker, Jack Schron, the area representative for <br />Cuyahoga County Council to give a short presentation on County government and what they are <br />doing and also a question and answer session. We would like to invite everyone to come. It <br />should be an interesting meeting. The meeting will not last too long. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, what is the time of the meeting?
