NIINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL Mayfield Village Civic Hall Monday, March 18, 2013 - 8:00 p.m. The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, March 18, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. at Mayfield Village Civic Ha11. Council President Buckholtz called the meeting to order. . ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Marrie, . Mrs. Mills and Mr. Delguyd Also Present: Mr. Wynne, Ms. Calta, Chief Edelman, Acting Chief Shrefler, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Dinardo, Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa Absent: Dr. Parker, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mayor Rinker and Mr. Esborn The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. 5-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first sta.te their name and address. REMARKS BY AL MUHLE 1VIr. Muhle thanked Council on behalf of the Mayfield Township Historical Society for their contribution this past year. Our goals are to keep our membership up around 100 and increase our docents, our volunteers that act when we have any children or visitation to the House. Rooms that we display are manned by someone who explains the history. So far, it has worked out well. Our Membership Chair is Mrs. Mills. She does a great job. The sludents have begun coming. Last Friday, St. Francis of Assisi was there. We had our new docents come. Volunteers worked with the new docents to get the run of things. We like to have 2 people in each room. This has worked out well. We are noticing now that we are having more groups come. I took a reservation today for the 60th Reunion of Mayfield High School on September Today we also had Dr. Kelly come and see the House. He was amazed. He did not realize we had 13 rooms that people visit. He was quite interested in our lower level where we have the print shop, the classroom and log cabin. This is a draw point for everyone that comes down there.
