Minutes of the Regulaz Meeting of Council <br />Monday, Apri115, 2013 <br />Page 7 <br />M.A.R.C. - Dr. Parker reported, M.A.R.C. Board met on Apri14t' for their regular meeting. The <br />Treasurer's report as of March 31St was $11,915.38. They will be going out to the communities <br />reques#ing $2,000.00 from each community for their contribution to M.A.R.C. They discussed <br />some issues with floor hockey coaches and custodial charges and other things. Mr. Thomas <br />reported on the MBA Progratn as being completed. The meeting' was adjourned at 7:45. The <br />next meeting will be May 2"d at 7:00 p.m: at the Board of Education Building. Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt reported, Ordinance Review met on Apri19th. <br />There were two items on the agenda. The Riparian Setback Ordinance is still under discussion. <br />The temporary signs ordinance is on the agenda tonight for first reading. <br />Planning and Zonin$ - Mr. Marquardt reported, Planning and Zoning met on April 1". There <br />were two items on the agenda, a Conditional Use Perxnit for Crooked River Crossfit and a <br />Conditional Use Permit for Koinonia Homes. Both were recommended for approval and are on <br />Council agenda tonight. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Martie reported, the Recreation Board is meeting this Wednesday. The <br />_ <br />items discussed aze the Senior Program update, the Easter Party evaluation, which was a huge <br />success and the Debbie Hudacko Scholarship Run and updates on scholarships. <br />Commission on Agin? - Mrs. Mills reported, the next Commission on Aging meeting will be <br />Tuesday, May 7 at 11:00 at the Senior Services office at the Community Room. We will be <br />discussing the May 18th Anniversary Party and also the Senior Information Open House on June <br />28t'. <br />SPECIAL,COMIVQTTEE REPORTS: <br />Information & Technoloev - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported, Records Commission will be meeting next <br />Wednesday at Noon. Shred Day is May 18t'. <br />Communitv and Economic Develonment - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />OL'D BUSINESS '. <br />• Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-01. entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Development Agreement with East <br />Commons, Ltd." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - <br />January 22, 2013; Second Reading - February 19, 2013) <br />Mrs. Mi11s, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2013-01.
