Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, May 20, 2013 <br />Page 6 <br />Historical Society. Shred Day was held on May 18th. We shred 7200 pounds which equals 235 <br />boxes. Everyone who shred documents received a shredding certificate. The House Bill 9 <br />training session is scheduled at Reserve Hall this Friday from 10:00-1:00. Mary Beth informed <br />the Commission that we have received many compliments on our seminars and our <br />recordkeeping. We have a hard working group. The departmental representatives are very <br />efficient in what they do. <br />Community and Economic Develonment Mr. Delguyd stated, Ted covered just about <br />everything. <br />O?D BITSINE;SS : <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-01. entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Development Agreement with East <br />Commons, Ltd." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Readirig - <br />January 22, 2013; Second Reading - February 19, 2013) <br />Ordinance No. 2013-01 was left on Second Read. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-07, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a Purchase <br />Agreement with Governor's Village, LLC." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as <br />a Whole. (First Reading - March 18, 2013; Second Reading - April 1, 2013) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to'enact Ordinance No. 2013-07. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments or questions. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - <br />April 15, 2013) <br />Ordinance No. 2013-08 will remain on Second Read. <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $9,062.00 to Marshall Power <br />Equipment for riding mower. <br />? <br />? <br /> <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills moved to authorize the expenditure.
