Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council . <br />Monday, June 17, 2013 <br />Page 7 <br />• Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-08, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Codified Ordinance Section 1185.14(e) relating to temporary signs permitted <br />in any District." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - <br />April 15, 2013; Second Reading - May 20, 2013) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2013-08. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. This is the final language <br />and it is all set to go? <br />Mr. Diemert Teplied, yes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />NEW, BIJSINESS. ?:: <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $7,500.00 for Volunteer <br />Appreciation Ev¢nt - August 2, 2013. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to <br />exceed $7,500.00 for Volunteer Appreciation Event - August 2, 2013. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There 'was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Approved <br />. MoNon to go out to bid for sale of vehicle and police motorcycle. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to go out to bid for sale of vehicle and <br />police motorcycle. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Delguyd replied, this also includes two 2003 Ford Tauruses, one Crown Victoria, a <br />motorcycle and a 1999 pick-up with a plow. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, so it's three vehicles? <br />Mr. Delguyd replied, it's actually five. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated, so we have a motion to go out to bid for the sale of five <br />vehicles. Any discussion?
