There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to aclnowledge support of Cuyahoga County Business Attraction and Anti- <br />Poaching Protocol. <br /> <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to acknowledge support of Cuyahoga <br />County Business Attraction and Anti-Poaching Protocol. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any further questions on this. <br />Mr. Marrie replied, this was also discussed at Finance and passed in Finance this evening. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated, and we discussed it extensively in both the Development <br />Committee and the Caucus. Introduced <br />by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2012-01. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
