Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (Straw Vote approved - <br />2-27-12). . <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2012-13. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated, this isn't what you were just talking about. There were no further comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Cazried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />Second Readinit of Ordinance No. 2012-09, entitled, "An ordinance appropriating <br />funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period <br />from January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2012 and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />This Ordinance will be left on Second Read. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2012-06, entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />amending Ordinance 2010-38 relating to the agreement with the Board of Trustees of the <br />Cuyahoga County Public Library." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />This Ordinance will be left on Second Read. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2012-07, entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Hike and Bike Trail Access Easement <br />Agreement with the Board of Trustees of the Cuyahoga County Public Library as and for <br />the right to construct, maintain, patrol and use certain property for an a11 purpose non- <br />vehicular public hiking and biking trail: " Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />This Ordinance will be left on Second Read. <br />
