Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, March 19, 2012 <br />Page 19 <br /> <br />Motion to authorize egpenditure in the amount of $9,100 to Zenith Systems, LLC <br />for upgrade for video recorder and security cameras. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$9,100 to Zenith Systems, LLC for upgrade for video recorder and security cameras. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, and these are going where? <br />Chief Edelman replied, it's an upgrade in the police department. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $8,000 for tactical patrol <br />weapons. <br /> <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount <br />of $8,000 for tactical patrol weapons. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Marrie explained, this was discussed at Finance. This is coming out of the Law <br />Enforcement Trust Fund. This does not come out of the budget. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $14,000 to SPAN for 2012 dues. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$14,000 to SPAN for 2012 annual dues. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Chief Edelman replied, this is for annual dues.
