Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, March 19, 2012 <br />Page 20 <br />Mr. Metzung explained, this will provide the Village with unlimited solid waste pick up and <br />weekly pick up using 64 gallon toters provide by the contractor. This is a 5 year contract. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other comments. There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Bid Accepted <br />. Motion to adopt Sanitary Sewer Surcharge Policy. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Sanitary Sewer Surcharge Policy. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Metzung reported, I added the language that Mr. Marquardt suggested. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, is there a dollar amount associated with this or is it a policy? <br />Mr. Metzung explained, it is a policy of up to $1500 for property reimbursement with the County <br />for any repairs done to. sanitary sewers in areas where people are receiving sanitary back up <br />through no fault of their own. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Policy Adopted <br />Motion to authorize ezpenditure in the amount of $7,155.50 to TruGreen for the <br />fertilization of Village owned land. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$7,155.55 to TruGreen for fertilization of Village owned land. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,083.03 to Central Farm and <br />Garden, Inc. for fertilizer for sports fields. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$3,083.03 to Central Fa.rm and Garden, Inc. for fertilizer for sports fields. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was different fertilizer for sports fields? <br />Mr. Metzung replied, yes. We have specific amounts of fertilizer with specific ingredients.
