Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, March 19, 2012 <br />Page 21 <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other questions. There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,131.00 to Reilly Sweeping for <br />sweeping for pancake breakfast and after Cruise Night. <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$3,131.00 to Reilly Sweeping for sweeping for pancake breakfast and after Cruise Night. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated, this is the clean up service after two of our most popular <br />events. <br />Mr. Metzung explained, it's only coincidental that it falls neaz Mother's Day, but it's our yearly <br />sweeping of the whole Village. Cruise Night is targeted at parking areas. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other comments. There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Cuyahoga <br />County District Board of Health for sampGng and monitoring of the Village's <br />outfalls in compliance with EPA Phase II Stormwater Program ($3,000 - Cuyahoga <br />County District Board of Health) <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with the Cuyahoga County District Board of Health for sampling and monitoring of <br />the Village's outfalls in compliance with EPA Phase II Stormwater Program ($3,000 - Cuyahoga <br />County District Board of Health). Council President Buckholtz asked, is the $3,000 what it is going to cost? Or will we be <br />reimbursed? <br />Mr. Metzung replied, it is what it is going to cost to go out and do our outfall investigations. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agreement authorized <br />Expenditure approved
