We deferred action on Ordinance <br />No. 2012-24 until we heard the presentation this evening. The rest of the items on the agenda <br />were all recommended for approval. <br />Historical Societv - Mxs. Mills reported, the Historical Society is taking a vacation the month of <br />July. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Delguyd reported that the next meeting is in September and <br />will cover economic development. <br />M.A.R.C. - Dr. Parker morted, M.A.R.C. met on July 5t'.. The minutes were approved. There <br />is a balance as of June 30 of $1,607 in the treasury. Some other items of note, Punt, Pass & <br />Kick competition will be on Saturday, September 81h. The M.A.R.C. Art Show will be held <br />September 28t', 29"' and 30'h. The next meeting will be September 6th at 7:00 p.m. at tlie Board <br />of Education building. <br />Ordinance Review Coanmittee - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Planning and Zonins - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Recreation°Board - Mr. Thomas reported, the next meeting is scheduled for September 19t' at <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Commission on Aging - Mrs. Mills reported, we had to change the date of our meeting from <br />September 11 to September 18?' at 11:00 in the Senior Services building behind the Community <br />Room. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Information & Technologv - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported the Commission will be meeting on August 8th. <br />Community and Economic Develonment Committee - There was no meeting. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
