Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, July 16, 2012 <br />Page 15 <br /> <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there wasany discussion. <br />Mr. Wynne wanted to mention that there has been a new schedule added that shows the status of <br />a11 capital projects that Council approved for the year. It shows the original budgeted amount <br />and then the items spent or what Council has approved in the way of purchase orders to date. I <br />will include that on a monthly basis going forward. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other questions. There were none. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS:, None Receipt of Financial Reports <br />for June 2012 Acknowledged <br />and Authorized <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2012-22, entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing revisions to the Political Subdivision Participation Agreement with the <br />County of Cuyahoga, Ohio Benefits Regionalization Program as and for employee <br />healthcare and hospitalization coverage." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2012-22.. <br />Council President. Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr.Wynne explained, this Agreement was approved by Council back in March. <br />Cuyahoga County approved. it at their most recent meeting. They asked us to reconsider it <br />and change it. The fee structure they put in there was a combination of their fees as well as <br />$8.00 we pay through a company called EBI, Employee Benefits International. For their <br />purposes they needed to have that $8.00 per month separated out. They gave us a new <br />agreement. The only change was in that rate structure. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, so it's the same agreement, just altering that dollar <br />amount? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, yes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All , Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted
