Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize going out to bid for installation of sidewalk at Highland Road. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Bidding Authorized Motion to approve the opt-out subsidy for the 2012-2013 Senior Snow Removal Program - up to 50% of the paid invoice, not to ezceed $75.00. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve the opt-out subsidy for the 2012- 2013 Senior Snow Removal Program - up to 50% of the paid invoice, not to exceed $75.00. Council President Buckholtz asked, anything changing on this? This is what we did last year and it worked out well? Mr. Thomas replied, that is correct. Roll Ca11: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Opt Out Subsidy Approved Motion to authorize acceptance of bid and to authorize ezpenditure in an amount not to ezceed $11,250.00 to MJO Lawn for snowplowing services with regard to the Senior Snow Removal Program for the 2012-2013 winter season. (One section, approximately 50 drives, at $225.00 per driveway). Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize acceptance of bid and to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $11,250.00 to MJO Lawn for snowplowing services with regard to the Senior Snow Removal Program for the 2012-2013 winter season.
