Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, September 17, 2012 Page 6 PARKS & RECREATION - Bill Thomas There was nothing to report. ARCHITECT - Ron Dinardo Mr. Dinardo expanded on Mr. Marrelli's report. Charter One did come to the Architectural Review Board meeting several times. We worked out the details and how to compliment the Musca Property and the Charter One Bank building. I think that after the second attempt they did that. They are going to be starting very soon. I do want to say that the Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals happens to work for Charter One as a consultant, Joe Prcella. He was instrumental in getting Charter One to spend money here at this branch. The money was slated for some branch in Chicago. He was instrumental in pushing it along here. Thank you to Mr. Prcella for getting this together: Without his help, I am guessing that Charter One's design would have gone to Chicago. It's going to be very nice when it is done. It will compliment the property. Council President Pro Tem Marrie thanked Mr. Dinardo. Are there any questions? There were none. PLANNING DEPARTMENT - Ted Esborn Mr. Esborn reported, October 2"d we are going to have a meeting here in conjunction with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. This is for all businesses and commercial property owners on Beta Drive. We are letting everyone know about the new Regional Stormwater Management Plan that NEORSD is beginning. We are going to let these businesses and property owners know how the impervious areas and the fees for them are going to be calculated. Anyone who has already RSVP'd for this meeting, the District is going to calculate their fee in advance and be able to discuss it with them at the meeting. I am still taking RSVP's for this meeting, but I wanted to let everyone know. It's a good reminder about the management program that is going into place. We are addressing it with our businesses. ADMINISTRATION - Diane Wolgamuth There was nothing to report. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: Activities Committee - Mrs. Mills stated, the Activities Committee will be meeting tomorrow evening in the Main Conference Room at 6:30 p.m. Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli deferred to Mr. Dinardo on the report. Mr. Dinardo reported, Charter One Bank was an item on the agenda as discussed previously. We also had several additions and one new house construction on Bonnieview. Actually there's two in the past month. There's two vacant lots and there's two brand new homes, very large homes of 2,500-3,000 square feet. In the past month, there's one on Echo that happened. There's quite a
