Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, October 15, 2012 <br />Page 3 <br />Mayor Rinker asked, the Library timetable, any different, catching up? <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, no. <br />Mayor Rinker asked, still Fall of next year? <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, yes. <br />ENGINEERING - Tom Cannello <br />There was no report. <br />LEGAL DEPARTMENT - Diane Calta <br />There was no report. <br />FIRE - Chief Mohr <br />There was no report. <br />FINANCE - Ron Wvnne <br />There was no report. <br />POLICE - Chief Edelman . <br />Chief Edelman reported, on Saturday, September 29th, the Police Department participated in a <br />prescription pill take-back as we do every year. This year we collected over 75 pounds of used <br />prescription medication to turn over to the EPA. Other items I have on the agenda and I can <br />comment on them at the appropriate time. <br />PARKS & RECREATION - Bill Thomas <br />Mr. Thomas reported, this past Thursday, our department, along with Mayfield Heights <br />Recreation and the High School Key Club sponsored the Wildcat Teen Halloween event. We had <br />over 210 6-8t' graders doing a variety of games and a DJ, karaoke, shutter booth and <br />refreshments. It was well attended, well behaved. Feedback from the School was very positive. <br />The indoor pool opened up #oday for lap swimming at 6:00 a.m. We had lap swimming during <br />the lunch hour, aquascize and our evening swim from 7:00-9:00 tonight at the High School. <br />Senior Report - 75 or more people attended our artist's reception for the watercolor program that <br />was held on October 6th. All through the month of October we will have the paintings up on the <br />wall. We had 45 seniors attend our Amish Country Holmes County excursion we took this past <br />Friday. It was well attended. Everyone had a great time. We held our first foot clinic on October
