Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, October 15, 2012 <br />Page 7 . ? <br />? <br /> <br />? <br />? <br />• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2012-27, entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a partnership agreement among the <br />communities of the Euclid Creek Watershed Council in accordance with the <br />Memorandum of Understanding between the Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation <br />District and the Euclid Creek Watershed Council." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. (First Reading - September 17, 2012) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate . occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2012-27. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Metzung reported, Euclid Creek helps us to comply with our Phase II Stormwater <br />Program. They provide us with our education and public participation. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, this is one of two organizations that we do this with? <br />Mr. Metzung replied, correct. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, Chagrin River Watershed Partners is the other? <br />Mr. Metzung replied, correct. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions or discussion. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First <br />Reading - September 17, 2012) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2012-17. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
