Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports for October 2014 and to approve of wine as submitted. Council President Buckholtz asked, any further discussion? Mr. Wynne mentioned, through the end of October, our income tax collections were down by $281,000. With collections received this month, they are now down $192,000. I am still taking a conservative role in predicting they will be down for the year about $450,000-500,000 compared to last year which is actually better than expected coming in to this year with last year being as extraordinary as it was. Council President Buckholtz asked any questions or comments? There were none. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Financial Reports for October 2014 Acknowledged/Approved • First Iteadnn~ of Ordinance No. 2014-25, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending Codified Ordinance Sections 331.41, 301.361, 371.12, 373.01, 373.02, 373.04, 373.07 and 351.01." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills asked, does this have to be passed as an emergency, Chief? Chief Edelman replied, this has to do with the wording of the trail. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2014-25. Council President Buckholtz stated, this is just to clean up language. We had a situation where a vehicle drove on to the trail. This should take care of that. Any other questions? There were none.
