Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, November 17, 2014 Page 7 Recreation Board - Mr. Mamie reported, we will be meeting on Wednesday to evaluate the Halloween Party. Bill mentioned the Santa Ride between 10:00 and 1:30 on Saturday, December 13~' which will be followed by the children's Christmas Party. We can always use volunteers for that party if anyone feels up to it. We also will be planning for the Spring/Summer program for next year. Mr. Thomas mentioned, we are going in to SOM Court for the first time. Commission on Aging -Mrs. Mills reported, Bill already mentioned the Holiday Party. Our next official meeting is January 8~'. SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: Information & Technology -There was no meeting. There is no report. Records Commission -Mrs. Mills reported, we had to cancel our November meeting. Our next meeting is December 17~' at 12:00 p.m. Community Economic Development - Mr. Saponaro stated, we don't have a meeting right now. Ted and I will be meeting in the next couple weeks going through an agenda and putting a meeting together. Mr. Saponaro asked, can we add Drainage and Infrastructure as a Special Committee report back on to the agenda. Mr. Jerome has requested one. I know we are in the works of putting one together. Do we have anything scheduled at this point? Mr. Metzung replied, no. Mr. Saponaro stated, okay. We need to get that scheduled as well. The Grove Committee - Mr. Jerome reported, we are meeting this Thursday at 7:00 in the Main Conference Room. We will be discussing the infrastructure and programming, staff potentials, food vendors, getting our ducks in a row to figure out a plan for next year. OLD`~iTSINESS Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2014-23g entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending Codified Ordinance Section 1185.14(e) by adding Section 1185.14(e)(3) relating to temporary signs permitted in any district." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading -October 20, 2014) Ordinance No. 2014-23 will be left on Second Read.
