Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Expenditure Approved Motion to approve an egpenditure in the amount of $4,885.96 to the Village Prosecutor for 2013 legal fees. This amount is above the amount previously authorized in Resolution No. 2013-05 -$23,871056 Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. 1Vlarrie, made a motion to approve an expenditure in the amount of $4,885.96 to the Village Prosecutor for 2013 legal fees.
