Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, January 21, 2014 <br />Page 15 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. There were none. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />Motion to authorize the 1Vlayor to enter into a 60 month lease with Neopost USA for <br />digital mailing system, including equipment maintenance, rate change protection, <br />installation and training at $407.87 a month. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize the Mayor to enter into a 60 <br />month lease with Neopost USA for digital mailing system, including equipment maintenance, <br />rate change protection, installation and training at $407.87 a month. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions or comments. <br />Mr. Wynne explained, this replaces the current system we have to Pitney-Bowes. That lease is <br />expiring. We are currently paying $560 a month. T'his is about $150 a month less. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Lease and Expenditure Approved <br />Motion to accept donation by Progressive Insurance of pavilion and paver terrace <br />and to assist with landscaping the area adjacent to the Mayfield Village Soccer Field <br />Restroom Facility and Site Improvement Project and to authorize ezpenditure in <br />the amount of $22,589.00 to Miracle Midwest in payment of pavilion and paver <br />terrace. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to accept donation by Progressive Insurance <br />of pavilion and paver terrace and to assist with landscaping the area adjacent to the Mayfield <br />Village Soccer Field Restroom Facility and Site Improvement Project and to authorize <br />expenditure in the amount of $22,589.00 to Miracle Midwest in payment of pavilion and paver <br />terrace. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br /> <br />Ms. Wolgamuth clarified, the $22,589.00 is for the purchase of the pavilion kit. It doesn't have <br />anything to do with the paver terrace. This is a pass-through. We will purchase the kit so that it is <br />in our name. Progressive will reimburse us. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other comments.
