Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, April 21, 2014 <br />Page 7 <br />Finance Committee Mr. Delguyd reported, Finance Committee met this evening. All items are <br />on the agenda. Historical Societv - Mrs. Mills reported, we have two more 3`d grade classes to. go through their <br />tours. Hopefully now that the weather is nice, we will have the roof replacement start. We will <br />see what happens there. We are going to have Arbor Day on the 25th at 9:00. Anyone wishing to <br />attend please park in the rear of the Fire Station in designated places. Doug will be helping us <br />plant a tree. <br />Mr. Metzung stated, Doug is going to watch. Mr. Stupczky is going to plant a tree. <br />Mrs. Mills added, one of the classes from Center School will be doing this. The Mayor will be <br />the guest of honor. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Jerome stated, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt sta.ted, there was no meeting. There is no <br />report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt stated, Planning and Zoning met on March 3rd to <br />recommend the first item on New Business for this evening. <br />; Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported, Recreation Board met on the 16th. The main items <br />covered were the Senior update. Also, three board members will be interviewing 5 Mayfield <br />School students for the Debbie Hudacko Scholarships for this year. Dave Perout gave everyone <br />! an update on the pool and the facilities. That was our last meeting until September. We are off <br />i for the summer. <br />Commission on Agine - Mrs. Mills reported, the Commission on Aging will be meeting on <br />June 17th at the Community Room at 11:00. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Information & Technologv - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported, our next meeting is at 12:00 on April 30''. I want <br />to remind everyone that Shred Day is May 17t" from 9:00-12:00 here at the Civic Center. <br />Communitv and Economic Develonment - Mr. Delguyd stated, there was no meeting. There is <br />no report. <br />The Grove Committee - Mr. Jerome reported, at our last meeting, we fmalized our calendar for <br />a11 of our bands and events. Diane was working on a postcard to send out with all of that <br />information on it. I am also working on booking food vendors for the different events to have <br />food and drink available at these events. We talked about the power. We are working on that.
