Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, December 16, 2013 Page 14 Mr. Wynne replied, again, this is the final approval of this year's budget. Several weeks ago I gave Council a detailed printout of the budget and highlighted line items that are changing primarily because of the adjustments we had to make. There has been no change to that schedule I gave you several weeks ago. Council President Buckholtz asked, any other questions? There were none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None • First Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-20, entitled, "An ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2014 and ending March 31, 2014 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion tci suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2013-20. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mr. Wynne explained, this is just passage of a short-term budget for next year until we finalize and approve the budget at the March Council meeting.
