Ordinance No. 2013-17 was left on First Read. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-18, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending Codified Ordinance Section 141.01(b) establishment of positions in the Fire Department in removing the position.of part-time Captain. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Ordinance No. 2013-18 was left on First Read. First Readina of Ordinance No. 2013-19, entitled, "An ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2013 and ending December 31, 2013 and declaring an emergency." Intxoduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Delguyd, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2013-19.
