Regular Council Minutes
6-16-03
Page 18
because that is totally the wrong answer. At the same time I think we want to make sure that we
are directing people to look for good information and not just what they are worried about.
Mr. Brett said there was discussion of the Progressive' 4th building-there is potential fora 4th
new building; nothing set in stone.
Council President Buckholtz asked if anyone knows how the Full Moon Walk on Friday night
was. Mrs. Roman said we had a number of people signed up but she didn't hear how it went.
Mayor Rinker said he heard they had bad luck because of the rain.
Dr. Parker said he is glad to hear we have the grant for our baseball fields. I think it's an area
that, unfortunately, maybe because of a situation we've had to postpone working on but I do
think that, having young children, seeing where their friends and such that live in the Village go
play, I would hope that we would work on a plan that would really revitalize our baseball
program for the younger boys and girls and provide them with an opportunity to stay in the
Village, so I am real happy to see that.
Mrs. Cinco said since Mr. Marrie said nothing I will report that Mr. Marrie completed
Leadership Academy this weekend. Everyone applauded and Mrs. Cinco added that he received
some nice comments for the Village.
ADJOURNMENT
Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adjourn.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None
The meeting adjourned at 2 p.m.
~-
WILLIAM BUCKHOLTZ, COUNC PRESIDENT
Motion Carried

1
