Caucus/Regular Council Mtg. <br />7-14-03 <br />Page 16 <br />. ~ <br />,. <br />Council President Buckholtz said three times in the past 2 weeks I have had the opportunity to <br />come down Rt. 91 and looking at the soccer fields saying that's a heck of a lot of grass to cut. <br />Again, I would echo that sentiment. I am looking for the language to put in so we authorize the <br />expenditure-so if we have to amend it later-we have done that before. <br />Dr. Parker said I guess if the idea is do we approve this, whether it is $12,000 or $9,000- <br />whatever we need- <br />Council President Buckholtz said we are only going to spend what we need to. Mayor Rinker <br />said the need is there. <br />Council President Buckholtz said I will ask Mr. Brett what number Council should approve. <br />Mr. Brett said $12,300 and asked Mrs. Roman to amend that figure to $12,300. We will get <br />clarification back to Council at the next meeting on how it all came out. <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any further comments.
