The amplifiers we currently use are
approximately 15 years old and don't always work to the potential that they are supposed to. The
remaining funds are to replace the 3 southbound loops and pavement at S.O.M. and Wilson
Mills. These were the only ones that weren't replaced with the repaving project that took place
in the last several weeks.
Council President Buckholtz thanked Chief Dearden asked if there were any further comments.
There were none.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None Motion Carried
Expenditure Authorized
^ A motion to authorize an expenditure not to exceed $5,000 to the Walter Drane
Company for the recodification of Pillage ordinances
Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure not to exceed
$5,000 to the Walter Drane Company for the recodification of Village ordinances.
Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Does it
require a vote?
Mr. Diemert answered yes [to both questions].
